Ripoff dishonest overinflated appraisal Los Angeles

Ameriquest dishonestlly took advantage of my mentally disabled brother by over-inflating the appraisal of his home when he refinanced with them on an existing loan.By this they made it impossible for him to afford the payments on his disability income and making it difficult for him to get help from other lenders and causing him to fall behind on his payments. My brother and elderly father who has cancer and my elderly mother who has alzheimers disease have now been threathen to pay or they will have their home taken away and be put out into the street regardless of their health condition. Someone please send advice or support.
