Plastic stuffed inside of a hotdog!

I opened a fresh pack of hotdogs for my kids. Saw a black line on the side of the hotdog and proceeded to try to wipe it off. Once I saw that the line was not fading, I broke the hotdog open. Come to find out that half of the hotdog was stuffed with plastic!
