Calling Reservation at 4:25 pm and hung up after holding for 13 minutes

I called reservation at 4:25 pm and was on hold for approximately 13 minutes and the call was hung up. I think it is unfair to call before the closing time and be on hold and noone accepts your call and just hangs up the phone and go home for the day. This is so unprofessional.
