Deceptive sales practice - installation

Had multiple problems w/installation; store will not correct them. Store "forgot" to add range hood installation price to invoice and refuses to honor quoted price. I feel the price was deliberately left off so initial quote would beat the competitors, w / full intention of adding it on later. Corporate had no interest at all in helping; has no concern about ensuring customer satisfaction.
