On March22.2010I ordered 4 ink cartridges 1 black and the 3 colored I received
them in 4 days.
They sent me 3 cartridges that were wrong and my printer would not accept them. They asked for my make and model of my printer and received an answer saying that I ordered the wrong cartridges.
I requested that they exchange the correct cartridges and return policy said the have to be unused.
They refunded me for one cartridge but not for the 3 that were wrong.
They kept the money and I have the wrong cartridges. They should be taken off the internet for being a scam.

They should have noticed in shipping that I ordered from the same site page and corrected the order or contact me before shipping. I am not happy with compny shoul be taken off the as a scam.
