Ultraresv is an internet web ad. BEWARE!!! They offer a free trial with shipping charges only. You are given only ten dasys to try the product and then another $84 is charged to your account. They will not accept returns of the product even if one of the bottles is still sealed. They must be returned as a pair. How do you try a product if you don't open it? This is not laid out in the original web ad information. They absolutely refuse to refund your credit card charges. The customer service rep. Ana Levine is rude and cuts you off!!! Something has to be done to stop these unethical companies from ripping people off!!!
