Merchant refuses to pick up defective mattress for refund

We purchased a mattress and box spring from this company and found that the mattress has an odor that makes my wife very ill, and also it does not fit the box spring. Mr. Sligh pointed out a statement on the invoice, "All Sales Final" and refuses to do anything about the problem. We have had to move the mattress tto an enclosed porch to get it out of the house. We are going to have to buy a new sleep set to replace this one and don't know what we will do with this one. And will be losing almost $1,400.
