Its a scam people

I was ripped off of about 20 dollars from the grocery relief program and now i have to keep an eye out on my bank statements this is a real scam and i would like to know how they were allowed to promote this scam on national radio frequency and not be checked for illegal activity, before they were allowed to be given airtime on the radio i want my money back and want to sue this company for false advertisment and the radio station/FCC for allowing any business or person to lie on the airwaves in a business oriented manner that is completely false or partially true and misleading.
