I have tried multiple times to get to the system to pay my bill. No luck. I have done it many time before, but now I have been cut off by the machine many many many many many many many many many many... Did I mention MANY times? It kept saying it didn't understand me and in the end could not take my payent over the phone. Now pay using a rep, they say I have to pay a fee. Waiting on line is more than 20 minutes. Your joking right? My schedule is tight enough let alone having to sit around for an operator. Now I have a late fee, but I refuse to sit on hold forever to try and get the late fee reversed. Grrrrrrrrrr! So not happy with you people and am not afraid to tell everyone so.
