Inactive Software Activation Key

Just prior to 3/21, I had to restore my computer back to "out of the box" condiiton due to numerous problems I encountered and could not fix. When I installed my copy of Speed Connect Internet Accelerator and entered my activation code, I was given a notice that my code was "Inactive" and could not be used. I sent an email to CBS software/support requesting assistance in the matter. No response was received. I sent another email on 3/25/10 and again on 3/30/10, and have yet to receive a response. My original activation key was purchased on 1/6/09, and I have no idea if it has expird or what. Please advise me.
