Billing for services never given

Dr. Murphy is billing me for an injury purported to have happened at Progressive Health Center. Although I was a client at PHC I never sustained an injuury and she is billing me via mail for an injury sustained while there. I have been sending small payments of $10.00 per month of which I now owe $123.50 because of fear that I would receive a mark against my credit. But my friends have advised me that it is absolutely foolish to pay for something I never received. This is absolutely fraudulent and she should not get away with this. She won't talk to me on the phone. Her receptionist intercepts all calls and answers all questions. Her position is that all she knows is the file says I owe money. Please help me in stopping Dr. Murphy. It is criminal what she is doing.
