Leased machine @55.0 a mnth for 2 years, called to cancel after two years. Told no we Are taking you to court. Sued in small claims newyork county. Default judgement against me. Levied bank account, so far 7 overdraft charges one every 5 days. No access to my accounts.
Sent copy of court order by bank BUT it has no signature by a JUDGE and NO state seal, it was wriiten and typed bya lawyer 's staff " joseph sussman " attorney for Northern leasing in room 1502.
Bank sent some money to me because of New York state law Exempt income protctio nact, BUT I don't live anywhere near New York. Bank branch in NewYork it is national bank
No summons served, improper venues, fraudulenty contract etc.
