Scam artists

We received a Collection Notice via fax demanding payment of about $ 500.00. Since I have never heard of them I called the phone number on the fax. A Kelly Taylor aswered the phone and demanded payment saying that we have ordered their services. I tried to explain to her that I have never done business with them, she insisted that she has one of my employees on tape ordering. Told her that noone here is authorized to make any purchases other than myself, again she insisted that the employee told her she was. I did listen to the tape and all it has on there is one of the employees saying yes to an address verifiaction. This tape is cut and edited.
Now we are being bombarded with phone calls and faxes. Settlement offers and any kind of trick in the book.
I have already reported this company to the BBB and the FTC.
DO NOT pay them. After research on the net I found out that this company (?) is already on the radar for fraud. They prey on small business and make millions thinking that some businesses just go ahead and pay and make them go away.
The addresse used on the Invoice are no good... Mail is being returned undeliverable.
Not us, I will never never pay them a penny. I would like to have a class action suit against them.
Get the word out, and lets put them out of business!!
