Took the drivers safety bonus without a reason or notice

After working for this comany for around a year and ahalf. They decided at the end of the year without a notice to not give the drivers a. 025 safety bonus. At which we were told we were earning.

I didn't have any reason to lose my bonus. They decided at the end of the year to make a rule we had to get 130,000 miles to be able to make the bonus. Like I said we were not notified of this cahnge till time for the bonuses to come out.

Alot of drivers quit and some were fired...

We were all done wrong...
