DON'T use this company. A few weeks ago the property manager at my place of work hired 'Humane Animal Removal' to remove some cats. The guy that came out to trap them, we told him specifically that there is a lactating female cat that just given birth a couple of days before and to please not trap her because otherwise her babies will die. We even told him, to give us a few days to try to locate the babies before he traps her. The guy didn't care and was rude to us. He trapped the lactating mother along with several other cats and took them to 'Miami Dade County Animal Services' to get euthanized. When he trapped her she was crying non-stop because of her babies, while me and my friend were standing and watching helpless in tears. After he left, it took us over 24 hours to locate the babies. When we finally found them, 1 was already dead, and the 3 other surviving ones we quickly rushed to the vet.
