Excess charging for proceedures not covered by medicare

My Mother Rose Greene has been going to him for four years for eye problems. She has a floater in her left eyr, Dr. Priester injects a salinne solution into the eye to bleach the spot out for a few weeks, then bavk to his office for another procedure. He uses scare tatic to keep her coming. His fee is $1500.00 per visit which my Mom has to pay 20%. Now she is in a Nursing Home, the Doctor office still calls her to come in for an appointment. Her entire SS check goes to the nursing home with no money left to cove these bills. His office is so crowded people have to stand up and it's always 3 hours before he get to a patient. Medicare says this is an unnessary procedure and doesn't pat for it.

Should I talk to an Attorney regarding all this? I feel his tactics need to be investagated. There is no cure for my Mom's condition, so why does he keep wanting her back, money he sees 50 patients in one crowded room.
