Scott "The Pink Panther" Butler is at it again. The guards under his command have been removed from his tranvestite tyrannical control and placed under the able leadership of the JANITOR section. Yes - The ARMED OFFICERS of the Housing Authority are being supervised by the same guy who watches over the people who mop the floors and empty the wastebaskets - and the officers couldn't be happier. According to my source on the 3rd floor, Scott is dating Michael Custodio, the City Attorney on loan to Internal Control. Butler told EVERYONE on the 3rd floor that he and Custodio were going to Iowa to get Married and wanted Ken Simmons to be the best man. We all knew Butler was a "RICE QUEEN" - but Michael Custodio??? EWWWWW.
Butler has been showing up at the office wearing pink shirts in an act of Defiance against the bosses. He came out of the closet and SLAMMED THE DOOR.
Just yesterday, Custodio was seen in the parking lot kissing Butler and calling him "My Pink Panther"
