My Life Reunion Search took $71.40 from credit card without my knowledge. Took info and photo from My Space

MyLife Reunion charged my credit card and opened an account without my knowledge. The information and photo they used was taken right off My Space. When I called them I was first told to go to the police station and file a report. Then I was told I could open a shorter subscription and be paid the difference. I refused. I told her I would call my credit card company and say the charge was fraud. She then spoke to her manager and said they would refund the entire order and I would receive it in 10 days. If the money is not refunded - I will indeed cancel the card and charge fraud - the correct term.
