Don't ever work for reo service techs

I run a small REO Property Preservation business in Washington State, I did a bunch of work for REO SERVICE TECHS from Lemon Grove CA. For the first time back in January that total $ 4,000.00 Which included three properties were we did trash-outs (interior & exterior removal of debris, trash, and other mess) left by previous home owners who have defaulted on their mortgages and had no other way but to abandon their homes. I was supposed to get paid right after the job was completed but here I am three months after still hoping to get paid. I've tried to talk to them to find out what the problem is but they been avoiding me, its obvious that they have no intention in paying me for the work I did." PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BASTARDS DON'T DO ANY WORK FOR REO SERVICE TECHS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF"
