They took money out of my account without athorization

I signed on with cricket for wireless service at the end of January this year. I was promised 1 month free and then a monthly charge of 40$. They turned my phone after one month and hit me with a 90$ bill. I called to dispute it and the phone system hung up on me a good 10 times before i finally found a way to get to a rep. Who also hung up on me. Today I went to a store to find out what was going on and to close my account. I spoke with a rep who advised me no charges were made and that my account was not active. Later that day I got a message on my phone saying that i was going to be automatically charged 60$ in april. I then attempted to make a call and discovered my phone was active. I called cricket then and was hung up on again by the machine several times till I finally got to a rep. The rep kept repeating some nonsense over and over after I asked for a supervisor. The only thing I did understand was that the company had taken 97$ out of my account and reactivated my phone after I had already canceled my account. I tried to resolve the matter and cricket refused. I am going to dispute this charge with my bank. If anyone files a lawsuit against cricket I will join it. They make it impossible to contact anyone unless you drive to a cricket store. When I did that I was lied to by the rep. They tell you what you want to hear but continue to take advantage. There has to be laws against what they are doing and they need to be brought down. Anyone who is attempting to do that has my full support.
