Overcharged

I sent a 5 pound package from Taylor, TX on Marh 5 and was not delivered in Las Vegas, NV until March 12. I paid $25.70, and for that kind of money I expect better delivery time than 7 days.
I think a partial refund would only be appropriate. Please e-mail me and let me know what you will do so I will know if I continue to use UPS or I start using Fed-Ex.
