Damaged goods

This is what happened. I ordered mac make-up totaling $240 about 10days ago. I recieved my items 2 days ago and it was totally damaged! Everything was crushed / smashed/broken/cracked@!!! To make matters worse i did not see any padding! No support for the make-up that will be enduring travel from china to the U.S. Would you send glass cups in a box without any kind of padding to another country and expect it to be damage free??? I dont!!! When the company was told about the goods and damages she simply said that it is not her fault!!! I told her did not do anything to protect my items no padding!!! She still said not her fault it is ship company's fault. Come on lady. You did not even put a scrap of paper to protect it. Its make-up very delicate!!! So negligent this company was. This was trash she sent me! To make matters worse the day before i recieved this item i had just sent another money gram for $424 for more make-up. How i wish to have sent it just a day later! I feel so sad. When i had asked that company about that box. She said she doesnt remember if she put padding??? I am very upset. I lost alot of money. This company sistertrade.com is now ignoring my emails about a refund or sending of items that are actually in usable condition. They have ignored my concerns and take no responsibility. Scamming/fraud website. Make sure everyone you know know about them! She did not feel bad about what happened to my items! Who doesnt put padding??? I dont understand how this is my fault??? Lesson learned. Im sharing this so no one else needs to be scammed by them. Www.sistertrade.com. Dont use them!!! Stay away. Be aware
