Terrible service - Simply Everything

I called to exchange a phone and the first associate provided excellent service and agreed to an even exchange. When I was transfered to shipping, the second associate added several fees and was not pleasant. I am very upset. I have been a Sprint customer since the late 1990s, but I will change providers as soon as my contract is up.
