Waste of time!

I entered this urgent care at 8:30am on March 23 to get a skin irritation on my hand checked. Only 1 person in the lobby. I filled out the papers as asked, TOLD THEM WHAT I WAS THERE FOR, paid a $15 co pay and then waited. Finally got into a room after 9am where they weighed me and took my blood pressure and AGAIN told them what I was there for and then asked to go wait in the lobby again. They came and got me AGAIN and I waited another 20 minutes in a room. FINALLY a "so called Dr came in. No introduction. Told me he didn't know what I was doing there for just a skin irritation because this is an URGENT CARE. (again, 2 people in the lobby). Went out and wrote a percription for what I end up finding out was a fungus cream. (it ended up being dry skin not fungus which was confirmed by a REAL DR. This guy, Taher Shams never even looked at my hand. Not sure how he could perscribe anything other than to say it was a VISIT. I let very unhappy. The other thing I noticed was that EVERYONE behind the counter including the girl who did the weigh in was sick. NICE! Very unprofessional. They took my copay and I am assuming will bill my insurance for something that was never done. I am writing this because from my experience in business, if someone does business like this with me, they will try to decieve and take other people's money and bill insurance companies for practices not performed.
