Crs, inc. Paid 46 dollars for a two year subscription, have not recieved even one issue, 11 months now, call number referred to e-mail address

Thought I was helping the youth of our great country, paid 46 dollars in a check for a magazine subscription, was cashed almost immediately, that was eleven months ago. Have called several times and am referred to an e-mail address. Still have not recieved one issue of my two year subscription. Im beginning to think i am a victim of an apparently nationwide scam!!
