I purchased a magazine subscription and never received it, customer service is nonexistent

Roland had all documentation of a local college student, i recognized it because i am a former student. He convinced me to purchase a magazine subscription for two years. After the 120 day waiting period, i began calling the customer service number and never was able to speak to anyone, after numerous messages still nothing. The check was cashed almost immediately, with no results. It was worth almost 60 dollars, don't let this happen to anyone else.
