Very, very poor. - customer service bad

Comcast is requiring all of it's customers to install a Digital Transport Adapter (DTA) to continue service. This has been a nightmare and after 12 calls to the company and getting conflicting answers to very basic questions, I'm going to cancel. I've been a good customer although Comcast has changed their terms of service numerous times, for the worst. I predict this DTA fiasco will be the straw that breaks the company. My parents, in their 90's, certainly cannot install this DTA and have also been loyal customers for years. Sell Comcast short, they are going to take a bath on this disaster!
