Ripoff have yet to perfect on being in two places at the same time

I'll make it short and to the point. Got aprils phone bill there's a charge on it for $99.80. Call'd the phone company they dropped it as a phone dispute, didn't think much more of it.

Until TA-DA a letter from Merchants Credit Guide Co. On aug 15th Call'd them (mcg) aug 18th, talked to a real person explained the situation she told me to write a letter so i did, sent a copy of the bill showing the date/time and to whom, and as an extra bonus a copy of my time card from work.

Guess What? Cannot be in two places at the same time! Anyways as a precaution i sent it certified mail (wonder why). Secound letter sept 29, called again left message for 1st person (above) to call me back she did oct 2, asked why i got another letter she explained aylon is still looking into it.

She voluteer'd that they got my letter (darn) and it was enterd on their computer. If she hears anything she'll call me.
