Alyon Technologies rip-off

We received a bill from Alyon Technologies stating that we dialed a number (a sex line) and were charged $4.99 a minute. For one thing we have wireless internet and we don't dial to do anything on the computer.

Second, we didn't make the call and are being charged. We tried calling the customer service number and got a recording.

A few months after the initial invoice we received a collection letter from A.C.A. Recovery, Inc. Out of Ridgewood, NJ.

We are now in the process of working with them to get this removed. However, we haven't reached a live person there yet. We are afraid this is going to mess up our perfect credit!!!
