Mywiidownloads.com - legitimate business or scam?

I activated a membership with mywiidownloads.com on March 16. Immediately upon receiving confirmation e-mail from mywiidownloads, I completed the account set up and followed the link to member's log-in area. I entered my e-mail address and passcode and continued to receive message stating that I need to log in. After several attempts to log in unsuccessfully, I tried to use the link to support@wiidownloads.com, and received error message stating link could not be performed because the default mail client was not installed correctly. I then used the e-mail link from confirmation e-mail to send request for help. I have still not received a response from mywiidownloads in reference to my inability to log in. I called my bank and was informed that the fee for service was immediatley taken. $49.95! For nothing, no service, no ability to contact the business directly nor indirectly. It appears after they have taken your money, your only option is to cancel the service where they state the written policy of immediately terminating service, too what I don't know, with no refund available to customers. This website does not appear to live up to the high standard of customer satisfaction that it brags about! I would like to know if there is a way to obtain a refund. I the customer was led to believe I was to receive a service, ability to legally download media for my Nintendo Wii - this site was supposed to direct members to authentic locations to download media (movies, games, tv shows, music, etc.) for the wii, instead I have receive nothing for my money! If I am unable to receive a refund, I would at least like to warn future consumers about this company poor business practices!
