Main Offices Available Payments Reports Sweepstakes, False Information, Missleading, Shady

Recieved a suspicious letter from a company claiming I had won $1,400, 000. It looked real but the wording was unclear, I had to read the letter twice before I fully understude it. They also ask for $19.95 fee to release the funds, really the $19.99 is to join their mailing list.
They are missrepersenting what they are. Unless you read the fine print on the back of the intro letter you aren't going to realize that it's a scam. I checked the internet for ideas and was shocked by the amount of information I found that said this is a scam.
This isn't a letter to tell you you have won money, it is a letter trying to get you to join their mailing list for sweepstakes information. They say that they "uses all due diligence to accurately report the entry details of each sweepstakes." I wish they used all due diligence is reporting who they are as a company.
I'm a broke college student and the last thing I need is someone waving an empty promise like this in my face.
