Employee working over 32 hours weekly denied insurance as part-time

I have been working for Walmart almost 2 years. I have constantly asked for insurance benefits. I can not get it because I am still considered a part-time employee. I work over 32-40 hrs a week. Sometimes over 40 hrs.
They will not put me on full time or give me the coverage that I am entitled to. I'm grateful for still having the job, but I need benefits. I am being taken advantage of. How can I be helped in this situation. I need medical and dental coverage. Now!
