Ground Sirloin Smelled Spoiled Right After Purchase

I went to Walmart Super Center in Harahan, LA. And bought a pack of ground sirloin and as soon as I got home (10 minutes away) and opened it to cook it it had the most disgusting smell it was bad it had never happened to me before so I called Walmart and all they said was to bring it back with my receipt and they will refund my money I'm sorry, I loved Walmart but the problem is not the getting my money back its that these thing shouldn't happen that's why Walmart hires so many people so that things are constantly checked and kept up with
