Disasteraidkit Read the "Terms and Conditions" for this company before you're suckered

Miscellaneous

This company will show up as a gift site for taking a survey and will say you can receive a 57 piece disaster recovery kit free, just pay S&H charges of a couple bucks, (in my case 1.99).

You get the kit which contains 57 items if you count each bandaid, (42), in a small box as 1 item each, a pair of rubber gloves, (which you have to count as 2 items, a cheap battery powered radio, (that in my case didn't work), a coupl;e of disposable razors, cheap toothbrushes, small flashlight, etc. What you don't see is that unless you call them, get an RMA# to return this junk within 10 days, they will take 95.00 out of the account you used to pay the S&H and say that is the cost of the kit you did not return.

If you call them to complain, they tell you that the "terms and conditions" listed on their site allows them to charge you the 95.00 and they will not refund the money.

I called my bank to dispute and reverse the charge. The bank told me that I should have read the terms and conditions. I guess they were right but it still hurts to have a baggy full of junk and to have to swallow the 96.99 it cost me to learn a lesson.

I hope you're reading this before you get suckered too.
