Capital One
$440.00 debit card fine

My daughter was out of state working, tried to check the balance on her debit card by phone but did not have the time and amount of the last deposit and they would not help her. She used it 18x at a $35 fine each time. They did not cancel the card or try to call when they saw all the charges were out of state. They said if she had not been such a good customer they would have cancelled the card after about $100. Definately after $200. So it pays to be bad!!! Now they call everyday!!!
