Ripoff, unauthorized charge on your credit cards say you enroll their membership automatically! Internet

I went to their Internet site to order one set of DVD as a gift for a friend. My card was charged at the moment and I received the package few days later. However, one month after, this company charged me same amount on my credit card again and mailed me another item I never ordered.

I called and never got thru their lines. Then I must call my credit card company to dispute it. Guess what, another month later, this hell company charged me same amount again and shipped me another unwanted item I never ordered at all. I called their customer service line finally got thru. Their staff was very mean and told me when I made my first (and only once) purchase, I was enrolled into their membership automatically and automatically ship me EVERY MONTH and charge me.

I fought with her about never see any words regarding "automatic membership", the staff yelled at me and shout to me I could just refuse the package to seller and called them to cancel such membership and future shipment.

How should I know about this? What have I done wrong? I only made one purchase and was charged three times. I did return the second and third package to them, so far: NO REFUND BACK YET!!! Rip-off! Liar! Be aware! It is hazzard! Don't be fooled like I was!!! By the way, I checked back their website carefully, still found nothing about such "automatically membership option". So this is all scam and trick!
