Ripoff, Unjustly Sentencing, Children with out their fathers, Wives without their husbands, Every one else having freedom, Parents not being charged Augusta

This is a case involving about 40 men.in 1999 40 men slept with a 14 year old girl. This girl became pregnant, she did not know who the father was.

The family contacted Montel Williams talk show to have DNA test. After numerous DNA test they found the father (Lee Hilliard). The parents and girl pressed charges only on the men of their choice.

Danny Craig District Attorney and Greg Coursey Sheriff failed to push charges on every one else involved. This is not a case of pick or choose, if your guilty then you should pay the price along with every one else.

DNA proved on national T. V with out reasonable doubt that Lee Hilliard was the father, Until this day NO! Charges were ever pressed against him, becouse the mother did not won't every one to know that she invited him in to her home, the next morning he admitted that he was having sexual incounters with her daughter.

The District Attorney was well aware of the circumstances and still proceeded to do nothing. While still in the care of her mother the girl became pregnant again, not long after having her first child. I can't believe that our goverment supports this.

Now this girl at the age of 18 has 3 children know education, due to dropping out, at the age of 13. I thought there was laws that required children to stay in school until the age of 16. Why weren't her parents charged with allowing her to drop out of school and allowing her to have sex. Wouldn't this be considered child abuse?

So, to this day only three men have been charged with statutory rape, out of 40 men. It only makes since to have at least the men who fathered children with her convicted. I contacted the District Attorneys Off, to find out why they have not yet pushed charges on any one else exspecially the fathers of her children. The reply, I got was that, it was none of my business, and that it didn't concern me. Well this case does concern me when my family is one out of the 3 whoes having to the price.

If they sentence 3 they should sentence all of them. How is it right to take one childs father away and not the other?

No one is due special treatment. If you do the crime, you should due the time.

Our families are suffering a dramatic change with out our husbands and our childrens fathers. We all have to do with out, and we believe that they should suffer just the same. All we want is justice and justice has not yet been served. How is it wright for only 3 men to have to register as sex offenders and not the others? Is it right for only 3 families to have to face embarrasment and the others?

We deserve closure in this case, and the only way we can have closure is for every one else to be convicted.
