I went round and round with this company, but actually GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! Persistence paid off. I was unable to cancel my service. Endless loop telephone maze, no way to talk to finance dept directly; wrote letters, they did not respond, and they actually started to hang up on my calls.
Did some research on the better business bureau website in the area and then did some directory searches, and found the PRESIDENT'S HOME PHONE NUMBER IS 727-367-7079!!! I called him here and got my FULL REFUND. Anyone want to consider a lawsuit? I have an axe to grind.
