The best and most simple way all of us here in my household can describe this rip off shamwow towel experiance is that using them is like using a torn up plastic bag to do the job. They dont soak up liquid any better then a plastic bag. Forget about the money back guarentee because you will never get it even if you do finally get a chance to talk to a smamwow rep. Dont buy anything shamwow advertises.
