Norm king is a scammer & a fraud, dont beleive anything he says, first my case, he contacted me to buy my home then it was sugested i cash out by way of a second morg & a lease to purchase, we agreeded upon a second mrg with $85000 as the amount, he sent papers to me to sign & the figures went to $70,000 i did not agree & he sent more at the correct amount, we signed them with the understanding his attorney was to dispence the funds to us we supplyed 2 account # for the funds, the attorney filed the lein & norm deposited only $20000 of the funds & $3000 for the rent upon me confronting him he stated that he was going to forclose on me & seize my accounts, he deposited the funds into the wrong account intentionally knowing i could not get them he put the money in our name on the check & deposited the funds to another account knowing he would get them back, we are now having a attorney get the lein released, as well as this scam he rents apartments in vancover bc to tourests that he says he owns & actually only rents, then he rents them to tourests & either keeps their money or throws them out after a few days & keeps their funds, check google under norm king & see what is said, check craigs list to see his adds type in 604-537-4668 in search, when you call him & ask if its norm he says no, he wants to hide from the ones he has ripped off, so dont deal with him or his attorneys their both crooked, if enough complain they will put him in jail, hopefully with some one that has had a family member ripper of for punishment, e mail me with your # and we will chat
