Customer Service - BAD - PODS

Used Pods to move because had no place to live. Found a place and requested drop off of POD. That went smoothly. Now a week later the POD is still at APT complex where I live. Now I am getting heat for APT complex mgr, because POD is still on property. Have called PODS many times and they say they can't do anything to get in picked up sooner. Customer service is awful. I have called them 10-15 times in dealing with this move. If you use them write everything down and stay on top of them. I find it hard to believe that 92% of people that use them would recommend them to someone else like they advertise.
