My house (with equity) is in FORECLOSURE because my TRUSTEE can't pay bills ON TIME!

Minnesota - I have a trustee that can't pay bills on time (and sometime not at all) I have equity in my property - and now its in foreclosure because of HER (she forgot to pay my homeowners insurance on time - so that was canceled for NON PAYMENT too - utilities LATE, credit cards LATE with interest added to my trust OH yeah - she OVERPAYS checks out of the trust - WHO knows where the REFUND goes (accidently when I filled a change of address for my sons college - I found a REFUND of his tuituion taken from the trust - I NEED ACCOUNTING DONE - she refuses to give me copies of the FRONT AND BACK of each and every check paid out from my trust. I want her removed and my life back - any suggestions? I'm injured and used up all my money paying the property taxes and past due DISCOVER BILLS =she didn't pay - So money is tight since she CUT OFF ALL FUNDING now that my house is in foreclosure
