Horrible customer service - AT&T High Speed Internet

When they failed to send final bill to new address as promised, I spent 25 minutes on hold listening to the same message. Then was disconnected with no call back. System did not allow registering on internet and could not tell why. Kept rejecting account number. AT&T web page set up more for getting new accounts rather than servicing problems with existing accounts.
