We hired Mark Lupien (electrician) to rewire our entire house and upgrade our service panel. Our home was recently inspected by the local building inspector and it was brought to our attention that he did not do the job properly and did not rewire our house, only partial.in addition, Mr Lupien did not pull the proper permits and is now denying he was ever inside our house.

We have invoices, canceled checks and email exchanges for proof.
