Wow complaint - Work Out World

I joined WOW about 2 years ago about 6 months after my membership they started to play with my checking account. They would take out about $30 then put 15 back then take out the 29 that they were supposed to take out. After about 2 months of this happening i was pretty fed up so i printed out my bank statements and showed them to wow. They told me there was nothing that they could do except give me a free month... That never happened they still charged me. I wanted to cancel my membership about a month later do to a knee injury. I had doctors papers and a letter. Still they told me that i would have to pay $200 to cancel. I did... Low and behold they were still billing me every month $29. At that point i was beyond fed up and just closed my checking account. Once they could no longer withdraw anymoney they sent me into collections. So now since march of 09 i have been getting collections calls everyday! I have told them that i was going to report them to the bed of business bureau and they just dont care. I now have been trying to contact wow but they dont have a headquarters... My biggest piece of advice is stay as far away from WOW as possible if you have plenty of money to just throw away then wow is a good place but if you want to keep your money then stay away from WOW. They will totally wow you when you seen the deductions on your bank statement. If anyone has had this problem and resolved it please let me knoe how you did it.
