Getting jumped after a black guy made a racist comment and he started throwing punches at me

I was in line for dinner and the resident was in the serving line supposedly helping but we had two choice of chicken or fish for dinner and i asked him for fish he said i don't care what you want fucker cracker i called him a fucker back and he jumped me but according to winnie gibpson that is not really what happened she just favortised him cause he is her cousin then i threw a paper cup and empty aluminum pop can to get him to leave me alone so i didn't get to eat supper that night and the place is calling me a liar they said they supposedly they have talked to three people but they won't tell me who i have the right to know who
