Harassment, Slander, drugs smoked by Management on the job, management sleeping with employees

I went into work today and during my shift I had a hard time hearing one of the customers orders coming over the headset and had to have them repeat it several times. And my manager jumped me and started to curse at me. He then tried to accuse me of stealing $5 and cursed at me again so that I was in tears and clocked out and left. I have witnessed a lot of things happening at this store and among them have been the managers affairs with two of the workers who are pregnant with his babies at this time. I have witnessed him smoking pot while sitting outside in his truck. He has made me feel very unwelcome at a job that I used to love but can no longer enjoy. We have complained to him about the credit card machines not working right on several occasions and that they are causing us to come up short every day. But nothing has been done about it. We need new management in this company that are willing to listen to their employees and not curse at them in front of everyone. At this time I am looking for an attorney to begin a lawsuit against them. This is the only choice that I have at this time as far as I can see.
