Anyone that comes in contact with Frank B. Scott needs to know that he is a con artist. If you try to google his name or his business, he has a presence on Facebook, Linked In, and a series of Ning sites. He does not have a website, or any published articles about him to support that he is who he says he is. He claims to be a pioneer in the Industry that knows everyone from 50 cent to Neyo, and Alicia Keyes. He claims that he has a tour called Pass The Mic that he dangles as carats in front of aspiring artists, and talented individuals. He makes claims that his tour will feature all of the A-list celebrities from Hannah Montana, to Lady Gaga and Beyonce.interestingly enough, NONE of these celebrities have ever heard of Frank, or International Promotions. IF Frank is The CEO, and has ALL of the Millions of Dollars that he claims to have, AND has put on ALL of the TOURS that he claims to have SINGLE-HANDEDLY put on wouldn't he have more of an online presence and track record? Hmmmmm.
