Platinum Service toke 99.95 from my accountnow debit card without my permission. Now accountnow my debit card, started giving me the run around when i called them about it

Platinum Service toke 99.95 from my Accountnow debit card without my permission. I called Accountnow to report the problem & get info on Platinum Service. But then Accoutnow started giving me the run around, when i called them they said my DOB was wrong on the account. They said i have to send them a copy of my DL befor i could access my account! They charged me $2.00 for the call & that put me in the - negative statuse on the card. Please help, I pray thee.
