Sent empty ink cartridges with chips that dont work

Ordered ink from AAATONER. When i received & tried to use my printer said i was still out on ink. I contacted AAA and was told it was the chips. I told them they wont work & was sent an unprofessional email. After 2 days i finally got them on the phone trying to discuss the matter. They were very rude & said they would not refund my money. After threatening to call The Better Business Bureau they sent an email saying they would refund to me. This is a fake company & i will never buy online again. The problem with them refunding my money is that i have to give them my card # again and i will not do that. Guess alot of people including myself are out of money.
